These Terms of Service define the rules for using the online platform of Fundacja NeuroRozwój Plus available at neurorozwojplus.pl. The owner and operator of the service is Fundacja NeuroRozwój Plus with its registered office in Kielce (ul. Karola Olszewskiego 6, 25-663 Kielce, Poland, KRS: 0001253490, NIP: 9592080327, REGON: 541018990).

2. Definitions

• User — any natural or legal person accessing or using the Platform.
• Services — functionalities provided on the Platform: contact forms, newsletter, AI assistant, knowledge portal, and developmental screening modules.
• Content — articles, graphics, educational assets, and software published on the Platform.

3. Technical Requirements

Using the Platform requires an Internet-connected device and a modern web browser supporting HTML5, WebGL, and JavaScript (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Using the Platform in compliance with applicable law and respecting third-party rights.
• Refraining from attempting to breach or compromise the security or integrity of the platform infrastructure.
• Refraining from submitting false data or impersonating other individuals.

5. Sovereign AI Assistant & Clinical Disclaimer

Responses generated by the virtual AI assistant are provided solely for informational and educational purposes in compliance with EU AI Act Art. 50. The assistant does not render formal medical diagnoses or replace consultations with licensed medical professionals.

6. Data Protection & GDPR

Personal data is processed in strict compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy utilizing AES-256-GCM encryption and IP pseudonymization.

7. Final Provisions

Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent common court in Kielce, Poland.
